Privacy policy

vibeapp.win collects as little as it can: no cookies on the site, and a publishing tool that only touches our own social media accounts.

Last updated 7 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Henning Malmin runs vibeapp.win as a personal, independent project and is responsible for the data described here. Contact: [email protected].

Visiting the website

The site is static files served by Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies, loads no ad networks, no external fonts and no tracking scripts, and shows no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not fingerprint visitors. We only ever see totals: how many views, which pages, which sites sent readers here and from which countries. We cannot see who you are.

Like any web host, Cloudflare handles each request (including your IP address) to deliver the page and protect the site. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy; we do not receive those request logs.

Writing to us

If you email us, we keep your message and address to answer it, and to correct a post if you point out a mistake. We do not add you to any list. Ask us to delete it, and we will.

The publishing tool

We use a small tool of our own to publish the site's posts to the site's own social media accounts: Instagram today, and TikTok and Snapchat if we connect them. It is a private tool. Only Henning Malmin uses it, it signs in only to accounts that belong to vibeapp.win, and it offers no login or service to anyone else.

What it stores, on our own server and never in source code or logs:

  • The access token the platform gives us when we connect our own account, so the tool can publish. It is kept until we disconnect the account or the token expires.
  • Which posts it published: the platform's id for each post, and which story on the site it came from.
  • Totals for our own posts, such as views, reach, likes, comments, saves, shares and average watch time, to see which formats work. These are counts, not names.

The tool does not read or store who follows us, who liked or viewed a post, the text of comments, or messages. It does not use the data for advertising, does not sell it and does not share it with anyone. The platforms themselves process data under their own policies: Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.

How the posts are written

Posts are drafted by Claude (Anthropic) from our own git history, changelogs and notes, and checked so that no personal data, secrets or internal details are published. Nothing a visitor does on the site is sent to a model.

Deleting your data

The site and the tool keep no data about visitors or other platform users, so in most cases there is nothing to delete. If you have emailed us, or believe we hold anything about you, write to [email protected] with "Delete my data" in the subject. We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Write to the address above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Changes

When the site or the tool starts handling data differently, this page changes first, with a new date at the top. See also the terms of use and about this site.
