Claude's mistakes

The apps here are built with Claude, and Claude gets things wrong. Each post below is about one of those times: what it got wrong, how we found out, and what we changed. Every one rests on a commit or a file, not on someone's memory of it.

This is not a scorecard, and it is not the whole count: only mistakes that someone has written up and checked are listed. We list them because a site about building with AI that only showed what worked would be selling something.
